Where are you? on the
Resilience Trail Map

Welcome to the Earned Resilience Map Framework

This is not a test.

It is not a diagnosis.

It is not a measure of strength.

It is a map.

The questions you are about to answer do not define you - they reveal the terrain you most often walk when life breaks you open.

There are no wrong pathways.  Only different seasons of becoming.

Before you begin:

Pause.

Breathe.

If possible, sit near something living -

a plant, outside, near a window looking at the sky ...

Resilience is not something you claim or hold - it is something you acquire through experience and earn through integration.

Walk honestly.

Much Love & Respect!
